Do I pay shipping costs?
At Parmalo you pay no shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are processed within 3 days. Shipping takes approximately 1 week.
How long after delivery can I return my order?
You can return your order 30 days after delivery in consultation with Parmarlo. (see return policy)
Can I track my order?
After placing your order you will receive an email with a Trank&Trace and other information regarding your order.
How can I pay?
At Parmrlo you can pay with Ideal, Bancontact and/or credit card.

What is your return policy.
We have a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you to handle this. Returns are at your own expense.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and/or product on our contact form. If you received the wrong item, please contact us as well. We will then be able to evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that may not be returned
Certain types of items may not be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, items on SALE or GIFT CARDS cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
Please contact us at Info@parmarlo.nl if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
Cashback
Cashback return and refund schemes can be active. This is to limit the number of returns in relation to the environment. This allows us to help the environment a little by getting less movements of the parcel services. Parmarlo will contact you to discuss this if necessary.
